We make it easy for households, businesses, and organisations in Sydney and Melbourne to responsibly recycle their unwanted textiles - giving every fabric a second life instead of sending it to landfill. Every year, over 800,000 tonnes of textiles end up in landfill across Australia - most of it unwearable clothing, towels, sheets, and fabrics that can’t be donated or resold. At After, we’re on a mission to change that. Our service is simple. Book a collection through our website, leave your box or bag of textiles at your doorstep, and we pick it up - sorting, recovering, and recycling the materials through ethical and verified partners. We accept everything from old clothing and uniforms to bedding, towels, and soft furnishings. What can be reused or repurposed stays in circulation; what can’t be, is recycled into new yarn, filling, or industrial materials. Since launching, we’ve diverted over 55,000 kilograms of textiles from landfill, working with everyone from individual households to large Australian brands, retailers, events, and schools.
