Hello Tailr is Australia’s first online clothing alterations and repairs platform. We make it easy to book alterations like hemming, resizing and adjustments, or repairs such as fixing zippers, seams and holes — all through a simple online process with door-to-door, mail-in or drop-off. Our service is available Australia wide. Work is completed by social enterprise partners - Second Stitch, The Social Studio, Assembled Threads and The Social Outfit.

The prices for all alterations can be found for each product in the services section of our website.
How to get items to us
$10 flat rate covers shipping both ways (Pickup and Return). Pickup Service with Sendle - Perfect for a home with a private entrance or a workplace. Your pickup is booked for the next business day and collected by our delivery partner Sendle between 8am and 6pm. You can reschedule your pickup by replying to your shipping label email. You will need to print your own shipping label. Not suitable for return deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers.
