We are on our way to becoming a circular company. As part of this journey, we buy back used IKEA products that customers no longer need and resell them as second-hand via our As-Is areas. In 2025, we have sourced almost 686,500 used IKEA products via our Buyback service.

To qualify for buyback, items must be: -IKEA products -In good, resaleable condition -Listed below as eligible -Complete and fully functional -Properly assembled when returned -Clean and unmodified
Helpful tips
Use the quotation tool to check how much in-store credit you'll get for your used IKEA products. Bring your clean and assembled furniture to the Exchange & Returns area of your local IKEA store within 30 days of receiving your estimate. The condition of your furniture will be examined and a final price given. You will receive a refund card to spend online or in-store at any time.
