Reverse Garbage is Australia’s largest creative‑reuse centre, diverting commercial and industrial waste from landfill into resources for educators, artists, schools, community groups, makers and upcyclers. Our environmental charity is making a difference in the world by reducing waste and creating change in the way we look at resources. We inspire and support kids, adults, artists and teachers to consume less, make more, save money – and feel good doing it! We accept donations of clean, safe industrial, commercial and residential discards. Visit our Marrickville warehouse to explore with an open mind – you never know what you will find! Or shop online for regularly available products. Established in 1975, they also run educational and creative reuse programs, workshops and community engagement to inspire sustainable living and reduce waste.

All donations should be pre-approved. Please complete our online form and wait for a reply before donating. https://reversegarbage.org.au/get-involved/donate-goods/ For household donations our loading dock is open for you to kindly drop off to us Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9.30am to 4pm. For industrial and commercial drop offs please email info@reversegarbage.org.au to arrange a suitable time.
